Romolo Bizzotto played with many different teams in his career from 1942-59, playing in the Italian First and Second Leagues. He was with Juventus FC, winning Italians titles in 1949/50 and 1951/52, but also appeared with Hellas-Verona, SPAL (Società Polisportiva Ars et Labor) Ferrara, US Palermo, Carrarese Calcio, and ended his career with Rovereto.
Bizzotto later had a long career as a coach, starting with Rovereto in 1958, but later coaching Hellas-Verona, Rimini, and Reggiani. Primarily he was with Juventus FC from 1972-88 as coach of the youth team and assistant coach to the first team. With Juventus he helped his teams win nine Italian titles, two Coppa Italia (1979, 1983), the 1985 European Champions Clubs’ Cup, the 1986 Intercontinental Cup, the 1977 UEFA Cup, the 1984 European Winners’ Cup, the 1984 Mundialito for Clubs, and the 1985 European Supercup.
