Biography

Greek basketball player Konstantinos Papadimas represented Panellinios in the 1950s where he was a member of the “Golden Five”. With the team Papadimas won three Greek league championships (1953, 1955, 1957) and two European Club Championships (1955–56). With the national team he played in 17 matches including two editions of the Mediterranean Games (1951, 1955), winning a bronze medal at the latter. Papadimas represented the Greek team at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics, playing in all three matches in their qualification group.
