Amos Lin played basketball for Israel at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics and earned 10 international caps in all. He played 14 seasons in the Israeli First Division and is considered the greatest player to wear the uniform of Mishmar Ha’emek. Lin also played at the 1959 European Championships. After ending his playing career, he coached for a time and served as a member of the board of the Israeli Basketball Association.
