Stefan Drews was a German decathlete who placed 19th at the 2004 Athens Olympics. In 2003-04, and 2006 he won German national indoor titles. Drews finished fourth in the decathlon at the 1998 World Junior Championships in Athletics. At the 2006 European Championships he had his best international result when finishing seventh with 8,105 points.
