Ruwen Faller was a German 400 metres runner. He came seventh with the 4x400 metres relay team at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Four years later at Beijing the squad was eliminated in the heats. In 2000 he won a relay silver medal at the European Championships. The previous year, Faller won two gold medals at the Youth Europeans over 400 metres and in the 4x400 metres relay. In 2003 and 2006, he won the German indoor national 400 title.
Faller later became athletics coach with the German football (soccer) clubs FC Schalke 04 (2011-18) and RasenBallsport Leipzig (since 2018). He helped Schalke win the German Cup in 2011 and Leipzig in 2022 and 2023.
