Zdeňka Hradilová was a Czechoslovak sprint canoer who competed for the national team during the 1960s. Hradilová was a multiple national champion in the K1 and K2 500 metres. She competed in the K1 500 metres at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, finishing fourth in her heat and sixth in the repêchage. Her brother Karel Hradil competed as a sprint canoer at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics.
