Biography
In 1928, Shigetoshi Osawa was a member of the Japanese 4x100 m relay team, which did not advance from the heats. His major achievement was the title in the 200 metres at the 1929 Japan Athletic Championships with a time of 21.6. His first two titles came as a member of the Waseda team in the 4x100 m in 1926 and 1927.
