Biography
David Slíva competed in both singles and doubles at the 1908 London Olympic, alongside Bohuslav “Černý” Hykš in the later event. The duo lost in the first round of the doubles. Slíva made it to round three of the singles, but that was with byes in both round one and two. Slíva was born and lived in Praha.
