Biography
From 1968, Victoria Ybarra Güell, Baroness of Güell was a member of the Spanish Olympic Committee where she worked in areas involving protocols and international relations. Güell was also a member of the Royal Spanish Olympic Academy and a treasurer of the Pan-Iberian Association of Olympic Academies. Her father, Pedro, was a member of the International Olympic Committee from 1952 to 1985. Victoria Ybarra Güell was awarded with the Olympic Order in Silver in 1992.
