Moroccan sports administrator and executive Hassan Sefrioui began his sporting career first as a footballer before becoming a coach. From there Sefrioui moved onwards and upwards into senior roles including founding the Football Police Sports Union and serving as the President of the Central Commission of Referees. He also served two non-consecutive terms as the President of the National Olympic Committee of Morocco, the first from 1973 to 1977 and the second in 1993.
