Biography
Ion Jipa of CSA Sibiu was a lieutenant in the Romanian Armed Forces and competed in the equestrian jumping event at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics, finishing 40th in the individual standings, one place behind teammate Gheorghe Antohi.
