Biography
Equestrian Uwe Plank finished seventh with the East German eventing team at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. Individually he placed 27th. At the 1969 Europeans Plank finished 12th in show jumping. In 1970 and 1972 he won the East German eventing title. Plank was later employed by Gestüt am Pichersee as a riding coach.
