Hilde Dobiasch was an Austrian road cyclist who competed at the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics. She placed 38th in the individual road race. That same year, she finished third at the Tour de Berne. She was also third in the 1983 Austrian National Road Race Championships, and in 1987 was 70th in the World Road Race Championship and 51st in the Tour de France Femmes won by Jeannie Longo-Ciprelli.
