Žan Rudolf was a middle-distance runner who competed at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games and the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. At Rio he ran the 800 metres but did not advance out of the heats. He also competed at the 2022 World Championships but finished last in his heat. Rudolf never became among the top international runners but later made a career as a pacesetter for record attempts at major international meets.
