Federico (also known as Fritz or Frédéric) Bossi had a short career riding in amateur road races in his native Switzerland. He competed in the Swiss road championships in 1922, 1923, and 1924, finishing 10th in 1922 and 4th in 1924. Bossi also competed twice at the Grand Prix Aurore, placing 6th in 1920 and 8th in 1921. He was a plasterer by profession.
