Born in Sweden to Swedish parents Alexander Reichenberg played ice hockey for domestic teams in Norway, and also playing for the Norwegian national side. Reichenberg began his career in the 2008–09 season with Lillehammer IK, staying with the team until joining Storhamar Dragons in 2015–16. From there he had spells with clubs in Czechia, Norway, and Austria, before returning to play for Lillehammer in 2021–22. During his career he played in 422 matches, scoring 116 goals. He represented Norway at the 2017 IIHF World Championship and at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics. Sadly Reichenberg was only 31-years-old when he took his own life in May 2024.
