Netai Bysack was an Indian cyclist who competed at international competitions during the early 1950s. In 1951 Bysack won bronze in the 1,000 metres track time trial at the Asian Games. His performance helped to earn him a place on the Olympic team for the 1952 Games in Helsinki. In the velodrome in Finland he competed in both the sprint and the 4,000 metres team pursuit. Bysack also owned and ran his own gymnasium in West Bengal, later becoming one of the founding members of the West Bengal Cycling Association.
