Gabriel Cuéllar was a Mexican cyclist who was active in the 1960s. In 1967 Cuéllar was part of the national team that competed at the Pan American Games in Winnipeg. The following year he was selected to ride in the road race at his home Olympics in Mexico City, but he did not finish the course. After the Games he also rode in the Peace Race in Eastern Europe. In 2023 Cuéllar was honoured with the Sports Merit Award in recognition to his contributions to cycling in Mexico.
