Manuel Díaz was a Mexican cyclist who was active during the 1930s. In 1932 Díaz was selected to compete in the road race at the Los Angeles Olympics. Of the 35 starters he was the 33rd and last rider to finish the course, almost 40 minutes behind the race winner.
