Biography
Cyclist Hubert Ebner was a German living in the US since 1926. He became a naturalized American citizen in 1931. Despite that, he still represented Germany at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics, and finished 32nd in the individual road race. He was also in the German team that finished eighth.
