Saad Fadzil

Cyclist Saad Fadzil represented the Malaysian national team during the early 1970s. In 1972 Fadzil was selected to compete in both the road race and the team time trial at the München Olympics, finishing 35th in the latter with his compatriots. One year later he won three medals at the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore, with gold in the 4,000 metres team pursuit, and silver in both the 1,600 team time trial and the 100 kilometres team time trial on the road.
