Théophile Fras was a track sprinter who raced the match sprint at the 1900 Paris Olympics. He also competed at the 1900 World Championships and in the Grand Prix de Paris in 1900 and 1902, but with no medals won. He lived in Billancourt in 1919, but later died in Villeneuve-Sainte-Georges in 1933 in a car accident.
