Dieter Gonschorek was an East German road cyclist who did not finish the individual road race at the 1972 München Olympics. In 1967 and 1974, he won the East German national titles with the road time trial team. In 1972-73 Gonschorek won national road race criterium titles, and in 1973 also captured the individual road race title. He also won three stags at the 1969 Peace Race, and a further one in 1974.
