Biography

Norwegian amateur cyclist Paul Henrichsen competed at the Olympics either side of World War I. In 1912 Henrichsen finished 47th in the road race, which was contested as a gruelling time trial event of over 315 km (196 miles) on the Mälaren Rundt course around Stockholm. Following the war he finished 29th in the road race at the 1920 Antwerpen Games, in addition to placing eighth in the combined team event.
