Jorge Inés was a Guatemalan cyclist who was active during the late 1960s. In 1966 Inés won stage six of the Vuelta a Guatemala, in addition to finishing the race seventh overall in the general classification. Two years later he competed in the road race and the team time trial at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics, finishing 49th and 21st, respectively.
