Biography

As a young cyclist Garry Jones won the junior road race at the Australian national championships in 1958. Two years later Jones was selected to compete on both the road and track at the 1960 Roma Olympics. At the Games he finished 21st in the 100 kilometres team time trial and rode in the 4,000 metres team pursuit in the velodrome.
