Biography
Kazım Bingen was a Turkish cyclist who was active during the 1930s. In 1936 Bingen was selected to represent Turkey at the Berlin Olympics. He competed in the road race where he finished the race, but his time was not recorded. His participation in the road race also contributed to Turkey’s overall placement in the team event.
