Ivan Kosmatin was a Slovenian cyclist who represented SK Primorje in Ljubljana in the 1920s. In 1924 Kosmatin was selected as part of Yugoslavia’s team for the Paris Olympics, where he came 37th in the individual road race, just under one hour behind the race winner. In 1927 Kosmatin finished second to Antun Banek in the at the national road championships in Yugoslavia.
