Biography

Cyclist Liu Cheng-Tao represented Taiwan in the mid-to-late 1960s. In 1966 Liu won silver in the 4,800 metres mass start race at the Asian Games in Bangkok. Two years later he competed in both the road race and the team time trial at the Mexico City Olympics, finishing 29th in the latter.
