Armando Martínez was a Mexican cyclist who had a brief career in the early 1960s. In 1960 Martínez was selected to compete at the Roma Olympics where he finished 24th in the 100 kilometres team time trial. He was only 37-years-old when he died in a road accident in June 1969.
