Biography

Roberto Menéndez won gold with the road time trail team (with Gregorio Aldo Arencibia, Pedro Rodríguez, and the non-Olympian Galio Arbelo) at the 1971 Pan American Games as well as silver with the road time trail team (with Gregorio Aldo Arencibia, Carlos Cardet, and José Prieto) at the 1975 Pan American Games.
