Biography

Nguyễn Văn Ngan was a Vietnamese cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Nguyễn was selected to represent South Vietnam at the Tokyo Olympics. He was one of a handful of cyclists to be disqualified in the road race, with him also finishing 31st in the team time trial with his compatriots.
