Jirí Nouza was a Czechoslovak cyclist who represented ASC Dukla in Praha. Nouza had an impressive record on the track, winning the team pursuit title at the national championships from 1952 to 1956. He was also a decent cyclo-cross rider, finishing as the runner-up at the national championships in 1954, before placing third the following year. In 1956 Nouza competed on both the road and track at the Melbourne Olympics, placing fifth in the 4,000 metres team pursuit.
