Nicolas Owona

During his career Cameroonian road cyclist Nicolas Owona represented his nation at three Olympic Games. Owona made his Olympic début at the 1972 München Games, where he competed in the road race and the team time trial, finishing 33rd in the latter. Four years later he rode in just the team time trial at the Montréal Olympics, but the Cameroon team failed to finish the course. His third and final Olympic appearance came in 1980 in Moskva, finishing 22nd in the team time trial with his compatriots.
