Arturo Romeo was a cyclist from the Philippines who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Romeo was one of four cyclists to represent the nation at the Tokyo Olympics, finishing 29th with his compatriots in the team time trial. He also finished 73rd in the road race, but was in the main peloton of riders who were only 0.2 seconds behind the race winner.
