Milcho Rusev competed at the 1952 Olympics in the road race and the team pursuit. Only one other aspect of his cycling career is known and that is that he competed nine times at the Peace Race, in 1948-52, and 1954-57. He had two top 10s, placing sixth in 1951 and eighth in 1950, but finished the race every time.
