Amar Singh Billing was an Indian road and track cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Billing was selected to represent India at the Tokyo Olympics. On the road he competed in the team time trial, whilst in the velodrome he rode in both the individual sprint and the team pursuit.
