Biography

Herbert Spindler was an Austrian road cyclist who participated in the 1976 Montréal and 1980 Moskva (Moscow) Olympics. He finished 18th and 19th respectively. In 1976 and 1978 he won the Austrian nationals, and in 1979 the Österreich Tour. He also won several stages in races in Austria and Switzerland.
