Stephen Lim was a Malaysian cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1963 Lim won bronze in the 1,600 metres mass-start at the Asian Cycling Championships in Kuala Lumpur. This performance earned him a place on the Olympic team for the 1964 Games in Tokyo where he placed 72nd in the road race, only 0.2 seconds behind the race winner. He continued to be part of the national team for a few more years, including being a late addition to the squad for the 1966 Asian Games in Bangkok.
