Jacques Sautereau played one-ball and two-ball singles croquet at the 1900 Paris Olympics, finishing third in the two-ball event. Three of his cousins also competed in the 1900 croquet events – Marcel Haëntjens, Marie Ohier, and Jeanne Filleaul-Brohy. Nothing else is known of his life.
