Biography
Hermann Liebisch, lieutenant in the Austria-Hungarian Infantry Regiment No. 74, was the best player of the Reichenberger Sport-Klub for many years. In 1909 he won the championships of Northern Bohemia. He was also involved in the organization of the club’s tournaments.
