Joaquin Dualde played for Spain at the 1960 Olympics in hockey, helping them win a bronze medal, while playing alongside his brother, Eduardo Dualde. He later became a sports administrator in hockey, serving as President of the Royal Spanish Hockey Federation from 1972-81, and also was a vice-president of the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE), serving as chef de mission for the Spanish team at the 1988 Olympic Games.
