Luis Aguirre Osácar was an architect and regular officer. He taught related topics at the Military Academy and was appointed commander of the engineers working in military construction in 1946. In the 1950s he was president of the Chamber of Urban Property of the province of Burgos. In this capacity he was probably involved in the construction of the Burgos Sports Center. The respective project could not be identified; it is possibly the sports center of the University of Burgos.
