Valentina Zazdravnykh was an Uzbek hockey player who represented the Soviet Union. Before becoming a hockey player Zazdravnykh played handball for the Uzbek SSR national team in tournaments in 1971 and 1972. She took up hockey with Spartak Andijon where she was part of the team that won the USSR Championships in 1979 and 1980.
In 1980 Zazdravnykh became a member of the Soviet national hockey team and was selected to represent the USSR at the 1980 Moskva Olympics. The team won the bronze medal after recording three wins and two defeats, finishing behind Czechoslovakia and the surprise gold medallists Zimbabwe. The following year Zazdravnykh won bronze at the Women’s Hockey World Cup after the USSR beat Australia 5–1 in the third-place playoff. Following her playing career Zazdravnykh coached at the Andijanki sports boarding school and she also worked in a grocery store.
