Françoise Mailliard competed for France in team foil at the 1960 Roma Olympics. She was a student of Jean Cottard and Master Gardère. Mailliard competed on the French national team from 1952-60, winning World Championship silver medals in 1952-53 and 1955-56, and bronze medals at the Worlds in 1954 and 1958.
