Biography

Fencer Hedwig Haß finished fourth in the individual foil at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. In 1933-35, 1938 and 1941 she was the German foil champion. At the World Championships she won a team gold medal in 1936, silver in 1934 and 1937, and bronze in 1935. Also, she won bronze in the individual foil in 1934.
