Paul Ferrand was a French fencer who competed at the 1900 Paris Olympics. By profession he was a journalist who worked with Courrier National in 1898. Ferrand became president of the Fédération Française de Sports d’Hiver in the early 1920s and vice-president of Sociétées de Sports Athlétiques in the late 1900s, and was vice-president of Stade Français. In 1907 he received the rosette as an officer of public instruction.
