Biography
H. Valarché competed in individual foil fencing at the 1900 Paris Olympics. Little is known of him, including his full given name. He was a lieutenant in the 31st Infantry and competed in various fencing tournaments from 1901-05 that are mentioned in French fencing journals. Valarché was a member of the Société d’Encouragement de l’Escrime.
