Biography
Yasuhiko Kojima was a reserve rower for the Japanese eights at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. During this time, he attended the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Tokyo Imperial University. After World War II, Yagi tried to promote the introduction of a Certified Engineer in Japan.
