Biography
Seizaburo Yoshii started playing basketball in the club of the Niigata Commercial High School which dominated high school basketball in the 1930s. He died young of tuberculosis. His younger brother Shiro later became coach of the Japanese team at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.
